By accessing or using enjoylull.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the site.
Products and Dietary Supplement Disclaimer
Lull is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Lull is for adult use only. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before use if you take medications or have a medical condition. For occasional and intermittent use only. Keep out of reach of children.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or unavailability of product. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
