Our Guarantee

We stand behind Lull completely. If you are not satisfied with your first order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We want you to try Lull with zero risk.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your order number and reason for the return. You do not need to return the product for first-order refund requests. We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Repeat Orders

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order. For subsequent orders, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If a product arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, we will always make it right.

Subscriptions

Subscribers can cancel at any time before the next billing date with no penalty. To cancel, log into your account or contact us directly. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same policy as regular orders.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund on non-first-order returns.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and 5 to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
